Goff chose Wm. Preston, Jr. as gdn. Goff/Gaff, Francis - Tithables list 1787-1789, Minutes Book 9, pg. 321, June 1790 - John Fristoe against him abates due to his death. Goff/Gauff, Jesse - Tithables 1797-98/paid by Linney Goff, 1799. Marriage Bond 8/9/1797 to Elizabeth Henslee, own cons, wit/bd Samuel Henslee. Deed Book 14, pg 351, 1799 - voted. Goff, Joshua - Tithables 1782-89, MB 8, pg 249, 1787 - tax credit. Goff/Gauff, Linney/Malinda - Tithables 1790-93, 1795, 1797-99. (Bet this is Verlinda) Goff, Thomas - Tithables 1785-1787-under 21-1788/paid by Joshua-1789, 1795-96. Goff, William - Tithables 1787-88/paid by Joshua -1791-92.
