She was of Westmoreland, but her will is recorded in King George Co. Sons: Peter and Francis; grandson John, son of Peter; daughters: Nancy Hardwick, and Elizabeth Mothershead; son-in-law, William Piper. John Jett died, testate, Culpeper County, 1771. Sons: Stephen, John (d. 1808), James (d. 1795), and William ; daughters Elizabeth Roach, Margaret Butler and Mary Tapp. His will was (dated 1763 and probated 1771.) John Jett appointed Road Surveyor vice Dickie Latham, Culpeper County, 1763.
