Thank you Shirley, we are of German descent also. I was just not clever enough to use the correct word, Prefix, instead of Mr. I knew in our own family the name was attached to several children in one family and obviously parents would not name all their sons the same. Over time, in America, those male prefix names were considered to actually be their first names. We also have many in same family with the prefix of Anna. It is confusing to be looking for a German girl named Anna or Marie to no avail. Ginny
