Hi Jan, Yes, you do have to download it to a USB and then transfer it to your computer or email each image. And it is one image at a time. Each image is fairly large in byte size. And, she is saying that if you print the image, instead of downloading it will cost you. Since the librarian only mentioned the printer copies costing you, I would suppose that the reader/printer that downloads would not cost. We used a 2 gig thumb drive and it held quite a few images.
