Does anyone have a Phoebe/Phebe Carter in their files???? Probably born between 1720/30. I have a John White who was in Lunenburg who married a Phoebe/Pebe and they had a son, Carter. The name Carter had come down in the family for many years. We THINK Phoebe was a Carter.
