Hello, all, As promised a little while back, I have constructed a list of people who were Grantees (person who received the grant) for the grants I have in my Fauquier County project database, ordered by surname (as spelled in the grant). In some cases, if the name was spelled multiple ways, or I know a person with a name of various spellings is the same person, I put in some variations (based upon records up to that point) (surname1/surname2...etc.). In case of multiple people, the record is listed under the first person that appears, so look at multiple-name listings carefully. There may still be omissions, or in some cases, a few odd grants from bordering counties. I'm still in the process of doing my final weeding out of grants that don't belong, but some will stay due to their proximity to the county line. I'm still checking my data too, so there may be dates missing or something. You're getting an unfinished product, so beware!
