The year 1789 appears at: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~ysbinns/vataxlists/ These lists are available via Interlibrary Loan from the Library of Virginia. The lists are in rough alphabetical order (grouped by the first letter of the surname) and are often difficult to read. I have transcribed the Fairfax Co. lists from 1782-1822 for future publication, but it will be some time before they are ready, due to other transcription projects. I can check a few names, but please limit them and give a time frame. Most of the Fairfax County PPT Lists indicate only the name of the head of the household. The Loudoun County lists usually also included the names of all the male tithables in the household.
