A lot of people don't realize Arlington is a county and not a city. Or that most cities in Virginia are not in counties, but independent. And even TV news anchors get mixed up about the mint and the Bureau of Printing and Engraving. If your people lived in the DC area, it was probably Printing and Engraving. Or if she really worked for the mint, it was another city. Try the Arlington County board, and someone may be able to help you.
