    3. I need to go to the courthouse in Fairfax and I have a couple of questions before I go. Are there two different courthouses, one for the county and one for the city? What records might I find at the courthouse that I don't have access to at the Library of Virginia? Just to help anyone who may be willing to answer my question, the records that LVA has for Fairfax are listed here: http://www.lva.lib.va.us/whatwehave/local/local_rec/county_city/fairfax.htm I am researching the Wilt family who was in Fairfax about 1800. They intermarried with the Fairfax and Richards families of Fairfax. Pat Baber -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. 3. A link to the website of the Fairfax County Archives is <http://www.co.fairfax.va.us/courts/circuit/archives.htm>. It describes the holdings, and provides a telephone number for basic queries for information. I have found the staff there to be enormously helpful. Patricia A.
