In my program I have the following: Zedekiah Kidwell b: 1800-1820 married Mary Ropp b: Bef. 1813 m: March 21, 1831 in Loudoun Co, VA Bond 3/21/1831, Security: Nelson B. Everhart. I am sorry to say I do not know where I secured the info. I input it 3-4 years ago before I learned how to do sources, but feel certain it can be verified through Loudoun County Circuit Court Clerk. To my knowledge he doesn't connect with any of the Kidwells in the family I am gathering info on, but at the time I input him I believed he might.
