    3. I have posted this query also on the Loudoun County website since it was formed from Fairfax. I am researching on my HARDY family that is in these two Va. counties and originated in Maryland in Prince George and it's parent county, Charles County. I am looking for the HARDY family in the following deeds in Loudoun County. All land was on GOOSE CREEK in CAMERON PARISH. The first deed is dated 1757 for GEORGE HARDY and wife MARY and eldest son GEORGE and witnessed by WILLIAM HARDEY. The second deed is dated 1770 for WILLIAM HARDY and wife SARAH and son HANSON HARDY and witnessed by SOLOMON HARDY, JUNR. The third deed is for SOLOMON HARDY and wife MARTHA and daughter ELIZABETH who married DAVID HARRIS who was also from Fairfax and Loudoun. This deed was also dated 1770. His land was next to WILLIAM HARDY. Recently I obtained the following information: Loudoun County Order Book 13 Aug 1766 EDWARD TRAFFORD, ESQR. agst GEORGE, SENR. HARDY and WILLIAM, SENR . HARDY. FRANCIS DADE was security. Then I found a record in Charles County, Md. Mrs. ELISABETH MASSEY 17 Mar 1757 and 4 May 1757 named CREDITORS: GEORGE HARDY, 3rd for EDWARD TRAFFORD, ESQR. in Liverpool. Next of Kin for ELISABETH MASSEY was JOHN TYLER, ELISABETH WOOD. The executor was JOHN HANSON III born abt 1710 and died aft 1762 in Charles County, Md. IF anyone has any information on this HARDY family or the other individuals named please e-mail me. Thank you, Marianne Dillow
