I've noticed that a large number of people from that area moved to Fairfax and nearby VA counties in the late 1700's. I'm following a line that moved to Monongalia Co. (W)VA about that time and haven't tracked the other JENKINses far enough to determine whether any of them moved to Fairfax County. You might take a look over there in western MD, particularly Prince George's, Frederick, Montgomery, and Charles Counties. Betsy
