We are trying to contact descendants for a Reunion. The 15th Annual Boggess Family Reunion will be held in Fredericksburg VA, September 26-29, 2002. All Boggess families descending from the original Robert down thru his son, Henry (d1684/5) and grandson, Henry (1680-1727) and Mary Bennett Boggess are encouraged to attend. As many know, the Boggess names has many spellings, we encourage all to attend. This reunion is held in a different state each year centering on the locations where the Family has settled down thru the generations after leaving VA and WV. Attendees will be coming from numerous states across the US. If you cannot attend every day, please consider attending the Saturday evening dinner. The Reunion will be based at the Wingate Inn in Fredericksburg. Plans: Friday, the 27th a tour of Northumberland County visiting the St. Stephen's Parish Church and family related sites; on Saturday, the 28th a tour of Fairfax County visiting the Pohick Church and family sites; Saturday evening the Family Dinner with speaker; on Sunday morning the family will gather for breakfast before returning to their homes. During these days, a great deal of time will be spent visiting with each other and exchanging information.
