JENNINGS $2 Jan 1830, do A WAUGH his fees $3. g $1 do R RATCLIFFE fees 1830 Balance due the estate $4.95.90 1827 Jan By balance due the estate principal and Inst $490.84 by amount of rent - colleced in 182 $14.72 ea yr Total $520.55 In obediance to an order of the county court of Fairfax dated 15th day of Feb 1830 and here to announced I have met M C B BUTLER admins of T PRITCHARTT decd and from the accounts , vouchers and exhibits to me produced have stated the above account the admins fro during a partial settlement made under a prior order by the MOSS, but not closed for want of some one or more vouchers and ? posted once for a final settlement and which the adminis maintains, on as now for the interest of the estate than his own and contends that he should not do delivered his commission, which I have not allowed, but have the same to the court, on he will has the evidence and instruct their commisso to allow if they are of opion that he was entitled to a commission. I think the admins should have a credit for $5 which was omitted in its place for his compensation for servicdes rendered in the settlement of the decd admins accoutn on John H BUCKLEY'S estate, which would leva princaple and interest! due on the 1st day of Jan 1830 $586.38 subject to distributions, one third of which is $195.46, and the widow as her dower (is onpaid by her bond and interest, leaving a balne of $3.90.92 due which will give to each of the heirs $130.31, if no commission is allowed ther are several bonds due for hire of negros which can be divided among the heirs withoug bringing the same into this account being due for negros Eliza for the year 1825,6,7, and 8 total $66.45. thre division early in 2819 the widow had claims on Lewis S PRITCHART and Mary PRITCHART two of the heirs for clothing, board and tuition from 1825-1830 one $124.31 the other $104, which I think has ? and should be allowed her, the vouchers and accounts are held by me, the same respectfully submitted ty your commissioner. The ame wa again presentd to the court with the exception filed thereto and on hearing exceptions orrinuted, the court refusing to allow the admis any commission he having failed to settle his account within the time preseribed ty law and the court doth allow the said named the sum of $5.0 for services in setting the acocunts for the said Travis PRITCHARTT as the same of John H BUCKLEY deceased, where upon it is ordered that the said account be re ordered.
