Hello, Looking at a 1790 Fairfax Census record, I see a John GIBSON - quite a large slave holder (one of the larger). Who is this John Gibson, a wife's name? any information welcome. I believe he attaches to my family but a mystery? John Gibson paid the taxes on property belonging to Lewis Samuel Pritchartt (100 acres). Looking at a map of 1760, I see John Gibson owning land just near Loudoun County, Fairfax County Line. Checking random data, I see a John Gibson m. to Ann Eustace, also a John Gibson in Revolution, and see a Jonathan Gibson. Look forward to further information from anyone. Thanks Anne
