Nothing on your Bowen, I am sorry to say, but there was a Eugene BOWEN in the Minute Men roll of 1898 he was a private. This was the 3rd Virginia Regiment. Also on the roll was Charles B. Mosby, 4th Sergeant. Will keep you on file and if I find anything further I will get in touch again. Ellen
