I'm relatively new to genealogy research and have no clue how to find information on my Blackwell ancestry in Culpeper County, Virginia. Is there an online way to obtain records? All I've found has been very few sites that were working for the late 1700's and early 1800's. Where can I find marriage records, birth records, etc? Debbie
