My cousin and I just got through publishing our 2-volume (8-1/2x11) 1600 page (total) book on the other side of our family, the Wickleins and Wicklines...a work that has been ongoing for the past 15 or so years. You said that your wife's grandmother "was a Brown, married to Harold SR." Was your wife's grandmother's maiden name Brown or was that the surname for her husband, Harold, Sr.? Yes, I've been to the Aylor Cemetery, but couldn't find anyone there whose name, at the time, I recognized. I have been looking for whatever Browns my Green(e) ancestor, Garner Dawson Green(e) married about 1842. They, like the Greens are some of the most elusive people to track.
