Benjamin White was said to be the first magistrate of Culpepper Co VA. Any advice on how to look this up? I am at a loss as to how to find anything on this fellow. You would think it might be easy with a title like "First Magistrate of Culpepper CO VA". I'm beginning to think somebody made him up.
