She married Peter D. Walker b. abt. 1826 in VA on 23 DEC 1851 & William Payne b. abt. 1821 in Stafford Co., VA on 17 Apr 1859 in Culpeper Co., Va Eliza & William Payne had one daughter, Penelope Lee PAYNE b. 1860. It is possible they she MAY of had other children from her first marriage. Would like to find Eliza's siblings and/or her parents siblings, and if she may of had any other kids with Peter D, Walker.
