Behind the scenes, I have been helping Priscilla with this. One of our main problems is that if the Town agrees to fix anything, it wants to do it in the cheapest possible way, rather than employ the safest conservator-approved and preservationist-recommended materials and methods. Recently, while preparing to dig a grave, a local funeral home's crew was out driving heavy machinery over grave lots!
