Would appreciate getting information on family of Joseph Dunn (1776-1860). His grave in Madison, Jefferson, IN says he was born in Culpeper County, VA. Married Frances Pearson (1779-1853). Joseph was brother to my gr-gr-grandmother, Catharine Dunn (1771-1849), who married Hugh Steel (1770-1828). Joseph and Catharine's other siblings: Jane, Charlotte, Thomas, JR., Elizabeth, Mary, Matta/Martha/"Patsy" (?). Ruth. Joseph and Frances, and Hugh and Catharine are all buried in the Hebron Baptist Church Cem. in Madison, Jefferson, Indiana. I have other information. Any help welcomed! Sherry Steele (Seattle)

I will be in Madison, Indiana over Thanksgiving. My mother was a Dunn but I am not aware of any Joseph Dunn in our branch of Dunns. Madison is my home town but live in South Carolina now.
