The minister,Rev. John Woodville, was paid 1 pound, 4 shillings for having the service. [p. 4] Their daughter, Nancy Freeman Collins was baptized 3/18/1796 in St. Mark's Parish, Culpeper [p. 3] by the same Rev. John Woodville. That's all I found on Collins.
