Free Access to: Free census images (thru December 30) 1790-1800-1810-1870-1890 All States http://librarycommission.lib.wv.us Click: FALL 2002 DATABASE TRIALS WEB PAGE scroll down select HERITAGE QUEST password: welcome After you type welcome for password. Click HeritageQuest Online in the middle of the page. Click the big Search Census. Scroll to census year you want, scroll to state you want. Type in surname and if you want given name. For example I put in John Miller 1870 District of Columbia. clicked search to the left of it. Came up District of Columbia results 21 Clicked the District of Columbia which is in blue, up came all the John Miller's.. the Miller to each is in blue. Click the Miller for one of them and the census page comes up.
