I have her parents as Leonard Hisle and Elizabeth Strother and her siblings as Betsy Hisle, Susanna Hisle, Frederick Hisle, Robert Hisle, Nimrod Hisle, Henry W. Hisle, Leonard Hisle, and Strother Hisle. I am a descendant of their son Robert. I have no additional information for the line of William Woodard, Jr, but I have Anne's line back to the mid 1600's. My records show that Barnhisle changed to Hisle with Leonard's generation.
