I will be traveling to the D.C. area on August 19th and would like to make a stop in Culpeper County. I believe one of my ancestors, William Day, may have lived there up until he enlisted in the Revolutionary War in 1776 or 1777. I don't know if he was born there or not. Can anyone tell me where I might have the best chance of finding any information on him if I have a few hours to spend there? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Mike Day
