Gordon in right of his wife, Mary Ann, _______ Connor, only child of Sally Connor, deceased, James Terrill, George Morton in right of his wife Susannah, Philip Terrill, Oliver Terrill, James Bradley in right of his wife , Lucilla, each the sum of five dollars and eleven cents, with the like interest on three dollars and forty cents, part thereof from the same time till paid - And the Court doth further adjudge, order and decree that so much of the above decree as directs the payment of money to persons whose names are unknown to the Court, be referred to one of the Commissioners of this Court with the directions after giving notice to the defendants Joseph Hume and Nathaniel Tatum, executors of Henry Towles, deceased, to ascertain if he can do so, the names of such persons and also the amount of their share or interest in the money decreed to be made at the costs of such persons as may be interested therein as receivers of the funds now in the hands of the Executors - And the Court doth further adjudge, order and decree that the said Executors out of the funds which have been set apart, and left in their hands for that purpose pay the costs of this suit - And liberty is reserved to all parties interested in the Estate of said testator to apply have at a future day for such other and further relief as they may be entitled to in case this decree sh! ould prove unavailing or inoperative in whole or in part - But the effect of so much of the above decree as directs the payments of money to the legal distributees of said Henry Towles be suspended until the persons to whom is decreed to be paid or some responsible person for them, respectively shall severally enter into a refunding bond with good security in the penal sum of twice the amount decreed to be paid to them respectively, payable to the said Executors and conditioned to pay his or her ratable proportion of any debts or demands which may hereinafter appear against the Estate of the said Henry Towles and costs of recovering same - A copt - teste - 1..
