I am seeking info on John Blackwell. His will was dated Feb. 13, 1769. The will was exhibited to the Culpeper County court by Isabella Blackwell, widow on May 17, 1770. Court records mention a son named Thomas and other minor children. Any info would be very appreciated. Vicki Blackwell Norvell
