In an article from the following source, I found this information: " Trivia" The William and Mary Quarterly, 3rd Ser., Vol. 9, No. 2. (Apr., 1952), pp. 215-220. Daniel Boone represented Fayette Co. in this session (1781).......[later to become part of KY] Wm. Breckinridge, writer of the letter, died at age 80 in 1838 in Fayette Co., KY. Information provided by Zann Miner, director of the Museum indicates that "Our records show Boone here between 1759 and 1762. In the 18th C. Perspective, p.137, it states 'Daniel Boone.....served with Jefferson in the Virginia House of Burgesses.'"
