A good source is the inventory of the estate. I just knew my Charlotte was the daughter of George Hiett (Fred. Co.) but the will only assigned minor children to guardians. A fellow researcher got the inventory and there Charlotte was....receiving her legacy along with an older sister. Just a suggestion.
