Hi Tracy, My G Grandfather's name was spelled JOHNSON & there has been much research on the name of his son-inlaw RICHARD W MORRIS on the internet & shown on rootsweb. He married in Simpson Co. Ky to ELIZABETH D JOHNSON then in about 1830 moved by oxen to ILL.
