    1. [VACULPEP] Thomas Piner/Pinor will

    3. I think one piece of information which may help sort out the Thomas Piner mess would be if anyone here has a copy of a will which was probated in Culpeper on 18 Aug 1777... though his name was spelled Pinor on this apparantly. >From what I've pieced together, this Thomas Piner was father of a younger Thomas, as well as children Elizabeth, John and Ruth. His wife may have been named Margaret Walker. I believe that the younger Thomas is the one who married Elizabeth Swindle(r). Does anyone have a copy of this will? I've only heard of it, I haven't seen its actual wording. It seems like it would be revealing of his family though.

    3. I no more than sent my last message when the digest arrived! I will have to do some digging, but I *know* I have Ruth PINER in my files somewhere because I was wondering if she might be a sister or other relation to my Susanna(h).
