For those of you who are up to date on military rules, laws, etc. [which I am not] I would like to ask the question concerning pensions. If a soldier died and he was MIA during the Civil War period, body was never found, could his wife file for a pension? What would she need to plead her case for a pension? Also, is there records for Civil War MIA? Any help would be greatly appreciated. June [email protected]_ (mailto:[email protected])
