I am trying to find the name of Christopher Zimmerman's wife. I have he was born 1691 in Alsace, France, married before 1724 in VA and died 1729 in Spottsylvania. William Slaughter b c 1724-29 was married to Katherine Zimmerman, b c 1726 in Culpepper. I do not know when William Slaughter and Katherine Zimmerman were married. I do know William married again to a widow. William Slaughter and Katherine Zimmerman had my Gabriel Slaughter. Gabriel's wife was Frances Sophia Hord, d of James Hord and Mary Susan (Molly) Miller. I understand Christopher Zimmerman had a will. Where would I find it? Also from information from the legal papers on the Hord's, Mary Miller Hord disliked the Richards Family very much and once threatened to burn down the "eyesore house". The wife of Richards was the youngest daughter of Simon Miller and Isabella Miller. The law suits were numerous and went on for years. Louisville, KY
