I am somewhat confused; having been born and raised in Culpeper, Va. I did not realize the Marylanders had sneaked across the Potomac Rv. down as far as "the hub of northern Virginia" although they did squeeze us somewhat on the lower Potomac around Colonial Beach where the low tide mark was the Maryland border.
