Craig- I am surprised at you! (jokingly) If you had looked at the list I sent, you would have noticed these were from "The Genealogical Helper" March-Apr, 1987. The internet wasn't in existence then. You would also have noticed that there are differences in the lists-and no, I did not copy and paste--I typed them all and I did check and because there were differences and thought it might benefit others.
