Hi Cynthia,   I'm not sure if the two Lindsay's are brothers are not. But a descendant of theirs through Mary Cushenberry leads to another younger  Vachel Lindsay that was a poet, His home in Springfield, IL. and is a landmark and tourist attraction.   What I really need is to know  is where to look for records on Moses. He died 1791 in Bourbon, Co., Ky. I figure he must have a birthdate around 1710 on.  His first record was in 1783  in Ky. and that part was eventually Mason Co., Ky while his sons went to Fayette County.   Since Ky was formed from Va I am trying to figure out where to look for records on Moses Cushenberry before 1783. His name has been spelled several ways because of the times.   I can send you a report from my FTM on Moses if you want it. There are a lot of notes on him and the generations after coming to my grandparents on my Mother's side of the family.   Thanks for answering.
