I am the one who posted about Barack Obama and myself being 9th cousins through Conway, Eltonhead, Thacker grandparents in Virginia. I emailed Fern off list to explain this was all about genealogy and not politics. She did not respond. And you are right as there are many Presidents who are kin to each other through the Plantagenets. It is called genealogy as all of us are human beings and have families.
