Lucys' mothers' maiden name could possibly be Claiborne. Any help would be appreciated. Connie

Some time ago someone posted a query about a minister. I deleted the message before I had a chance to search. I have a marriage book of Culpeper Marriages 1751 - 1815. If you give me the minister's name again with the names of several of the married parties I will see if I can find him. There are 90 pages so to single out one name would be very time consuming. Maybe I can help.

Some one emailed me awhile back about Absalom Waller and I've lost your address. Please contact me again! I am quite interested in the WALLERS and I am tracing my ancestors through their owners the JOHNSTONS from Bunceton, MO; back through Bourbon Co., KY to Orange, Caroline, Culpepper and Fauquier CO., VA. There was a Benjamin Robinson Waller that ended up in Cooper Co., MO -- along with BUCKNERS and other families like TUTT, CHILTON etc.-- and everyone seems to tie in so nicely. I'm also interested in descendants of Aquilla Johnston.. I keep trying to sort out the JOHNSTON line for clarity. I believe there are also CAVE, KEENE, KIRTLEY, BAGBY, COLLINS, BRENT, HICKMAN, HUTCHINSON and MCCLANAHAN families the fit into the whole picture. thanks traci wilson-kleekamp african americans in missouri http://www.missouri-slave-data.org
Saw the reference to WINN.. I am looking for more on: William Johnston and Elizabeth Winn? William Johnston and Elizabeth Cave Are the two above connected in any way? Traci Wilson-Kleekamp

I have collected info on James Thomas Pierce, that he was born 1866 in Shenandoah County to Oscar J. & Charlotte Pierce. In 1880 the family was living in Culpeper County. I have, however, that James Thomas Pierce married a Laura Siebert who died in 1941. Perhaps a second marriage? Have so little information on this family, but very interested in parents and siblings of the father, Oscar J. Pierce. Any help appreciated.
