    3. Hey June~ Happy Tuesday. Kyle Spicer posted the original request on the message board for Culpeper Co. which was then 'gatewayed' to this mail list. If Kyle does not subscribe to the list, he will not receive this reply by you. The link in the original inquiry was: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/QBC.2ACI/2911, so if you click on it, you can post the reply to the board (which will also then be automatically gatewayed to this mail list). 3. I am looking for a marriage date of Frances Sophia Hord, d of James Hord and Mary Susan (Mollie) Miller, to Gabriel Slaughter. It could be c 1797. Their child ,Frances Ellen Slaughter, was born 10 March 1810 in Culpeper, VA. This would have been James's second marriage as later there were lawsuits filed against Simon Miller. Have ordered two Court Records from Fredericksburg . James Hord Sen. died 1823. Children of James Hord Sen. in Plaintiff: James Jr. Elizabeth, Lucy, Walker. Jane and Frances Sophia Hord. All but James Jr. listed as infants. Walker I have never seen before so he may have died after the record was filed. Know the other two girls married Withers and Brookes. In James Hord's will he lists Frances as being married to ..................Slaughter, with a William Slaughter signing the will.
