Vince, in the Book Craig County marriages 1851 - 1881 by Ruth Hale on page 50 it list the marriage of Charles Newton Ruble (24) and Emma V. Lipes (17) so if she had had an earlier marriage she would have had to be very young, and it seem if she had then her name would not have been listed as Lipes. Yours, Steve
