I am a new subscriber to this list. My McCormicks are Jubal Wright McCormick and wife Sarah Warren. They came to Craig County from Monroe County, now WV. My information has Jubal as the operator of the hotel in New Castle and the sheriff of Craig County from 1868 to 1872. He was also a cabinet maker. His children were Jubal Jr.(1857), buried in Monroe Cty, Wright (1858), James Warren (my ggrandfather)(11 Jan 1862), Robert (1864), Eliza (1866)and Eddy (1868), maybe more. Jubal served as a lieutenant in the Civil War -Confederate Army in the Rocky Point Greys, a Monroe county company of the 22nd Virginia Infantry. Jubal's father is John W.
