Eliza Jane LEFFEL b 10 Dec 1843 died 1905 Ben Tree, WV. 9 children including Frank Bernard STARKS b 9 May 1880 Craig Co., died 17 June 1931 Washington, D.C. He was probably born out of wedlock to William E. STARKS and a Maggie CALDWELL. Sometimes went by alias of Frank CALDWELL. He was raised from age 6 months by Eliza Jane.
