Steve, I've had the same problem and spoke with a certified computer tech (my grandson). It's your server. I'm switching from mine. You can get it through cable TV and it's super fast and no problems. I'm checking on it tomorrow. Every area is different but you might consider it. A lot of indivdual's doing genealogy on various lists I belong to, have mentioned numerous problems aol.
