Hello. I'm trying to find information on a Philip Noel who married a Polly Webb in Charlotte County @ 1767. I am trying to find Philip Noel's parents' names. Philip would have been born @ 1738 in Charlotte County and died May 10, 1804 in Charlotte County, VA. I am also trying to find out where Philip was buried. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've heard that there might be a link to Cornelius Noel, but I couldn't find it. Sincerely, Melanie
