Thomas James' wife was SARAH, who married James DAVIS after Thomas' death. Court records show Thomas and Sarah's children to be THOMAS HUGH JAMES, JOHN JAMES, GEORGE JAMES, SARAH JAMES (who married JOHN CALLICOTTE) and BARTLETT ("BARKLEY", an infant at the time of Thomas James' death, under the guardianship of JOHN RAWLINS).
