Seeking any information on MOON family in Charlotte Co Va. John's inventory found in 1825, no will and no estate settlement. Married Martha Sampson, d/o of William Sampson. Had a brother William C. MOON who purchased land of William Sampson in Charlotte co in 1784. Had been together with Sampsons in Cumberland and most likely in Albemarle before that. Any info welcome. happy to share.
