I am looking for any info on the parents and siblings of MOSES HOLLAND, born 11/17/1758 (reportedly in Culpeper, VA, but no record of him there), died 9/8/1829 in Williamson, Anderson Cty., SC. He was in the Revolution, and was present at the Battle of Yorktown. He married (1) MARY E. BARTON , in Virginia, on 4/4/1784, and (2) Grace King, in SC, about 1813. s and Mary moved from Virginia to South Carolina about 1788. At least children of Moses and Mary are believed to have been born in Virginia. dren of Mary and Moses were Ellender, James Chesley, John, Frances and Thomas. There is a Moses Holland listed in the first Charlotte Cty, VA census. Military records indicate a Moses Holland, drummer boy, in the Charlotte Cty militia during the Revolution. Any info on Mary Barton would also be useful.
