It's been a pretty long time since I posted, so here's my roots: I'm looking for descendants of the following families that ended up in Carroll County: Anderson TOW and Priscilla WALSER Tow (widow of John) John TOW and Priscilla WALSER Thomas PAYNE and Sarah LYONS James and Anna ROBINSON/ROBERTSON John Tow's sons and James Robinson's sons fought together in the Civil War.
