The Courier-Tribune ASHEBORO - Mallie Magalene Edwards Gillespie, 89, of 412 Jordan St., Asheboro, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2000, at Randolph Hospital. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, at Pugh Funeral Home, Asheboro. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park. She was a native of Galax, Va., and of the Baptist faith. Surviving are daughters, Margaret B. Robbins of Asheboro, Joyce Ann Lutz of Madisonville, Ky.; sister, Cora Massey of Danville, Va.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. The family will be at the funeral home, 7-9 p.m. Sunday
